Product Overview

What is WAWarmer?

WAWarmer is an AI-powered WhatsApp warm-up tool that improves account trust and activity through human-like conversations and real-user behavior simulation, helping build more stable and durable WhatsApp marketing account networks before large-scale outreach.

Core Concepts

Account warming

Gradually builds normal activity and interaction history for an account.

Warm-up rule

The configuration that controls how accounts interact.

Warm-up Task

The actual execution task assigned to selected accounts.

Warm-up modes

Self-Warmup

For accounts managed in one local environment.

Team-Warmup

For accounts distributed across multiple team members or devices.

Pool-Warmup

Uses the account pool to match accounts automatically. Keep daily limits conservative.

Before You Start

Before You Start

  • 1Use accounts that can log in to WhatsApp normally.
  • 2Keep the client open while tasks are running.
  • 3If a WhatsApp account goes offline, the task skips it and resumes only after QR login.
  • 4Start conservatively with the default “One-Click Warm-Up” mode, then increase activity gradually.
  • 5Avoid sending marketing messages from brand-new accounts right away.

User Guide
Step-by-step guide · Step 1: Connect a WhatsApp Account
Step 1

Connect a WhatsApp Account

  1. Open WAWarmer and click the plus icon or account button on the left sidebar.
  2. The WhatsApp QR login page will appear.
  3. Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Linked Devices, and scan the QR code.
  4. After login, the account will appear in the account list and dashboard.
  5. If the QR code expires, refresh the page and scan again.
Important: The WhatsApp session is linked through WhatsApp Web. If the phone is logged out, the session expires, or the network changes abnormally, the account may disconnect and needs to be linked again.
Tip: Connect all accounts before creating tasks.

+ Independent Proxy Setup Notice

Before QR scanning, an “Independent Proxy Configuration” prompt appears. To assign a dedicated proxy IP to each WhatsApp account, use “Bulk Proxy Configuration” on the right. See Part 4 for details. Click “Confirm” here; each connected account already has a fingerprint environment.

Step 2

Check the Account Dashboard

All WhatsApp accounts logged into each seat can be viewed and managed centrally in the Dashboard. Before starting any warm-up task, confirm that the accounts are online. If an account is offline, reconnect it first; otherwise the task may not run for that account.

Core Concepts

  • Port Usage: The percentage of currently occupied ports out of total available ports.
  • Today’s Messages (Sent/Received): Total messages sent and received by all accounts today.
  • Today’s Disconnected Accounts: Accounts that changed from online to offline today and require re-binding.
  • Warmed-Up Accounts: Total accounts manually marked as “Warmed Up”.
  • Start Date: The time when the account first started a warm-up task in WAWarmer.
  • Warm-Up Days: The cumulative number of days the account has joined warm-up tasks.
  • Streak: The consecutive online days in the most recent warm-up cycle.
  • Friends: Contacts with chat conversations in the WAWarmer system.
  • Interactions / Day: Contacts divided by cumulative warm-up days.
  • Stage: Includes Not Started, Warming Up, Warmed Up, Temporarily Banned, and Permanently Banned.
  • Not Started: The account is online but has no warm-up tasks.
  • Warming: The account is online and currently running warm-up tasks.
  • Completed / Suspended / Banned: Manually assigned statuses that can be modified in account details.

① Click One-Click Warm-Up

② Switch / Select Rules

③ Use or Create a Plan
Preset plan list screenshot

① Click “One-Click Warm-Up”

The system automatically applies the optimal warm-up and anti-ban strategy. New users are recommended to start with the default settings.

② Switch Warm-Up Rules

To customize rules, click “Switch Warm-Up Rules” to enter the Create Warm-Up Task page, where you can edit the task name or change rules.

③ Use or Create a Plan

The system provides 4 preset plans (7-day / 14-day / 21-day / 28-day). Use them directly, click “Copy” to fine-tune, or click “Create Rule” to build a custom rule.

4. “Create New Rule” Workflow

(1) Basic Info

  • Rule Name: Use a clear name, e.g., “14-Day New Account Warm-up”.
  • Warm-up modes: Choose Self-Warmup, Team-Warmup, or Pool-Warmup.
  • Daily Running Period: Set the time range when the system can execute tasks, such as 09:00-21:00.
  • Message Interval: Keep intervals longer for new accounts. A wider range looks more natural than a fixed value.
  • AI Language: Choose the language for AI conversations.
  • Rich Media: Enable only when media messages are needed.

(2) Warm-up Period

Select a warm-up duration from the dropdown: 7 / 14 / 21 / 28 days. Each cycle is divided into stages with maximum interaction limits. Start with conservative low limits, then increase activity after the account becomes stable.

② Key fields:

  • Stage/Day: Which day range the row applies to.
  • Friend: Maximum interactions with accounts that already have chat history.
  • Stranger: Maximum interactions with newly matched contacts or accounts without prior history.
  • Rounds: The number of conversation turns allowed for that category.
③ Important: The numbers are upper limits, not guarantees. If execution falls short, it may be caused by account status, matching availability, time window, or safety logic.

Step 4

Create and Manage Warm-Up Tasks

1. Method 1: In the Account Dashboard, use “One-Click Warm-Up” to quickly create a warm-up task.

2. Method 2: In Warm-Up Tasks, click “Create Task”:

  • (1) Task Name: Customize the name, e.g., Indonesia New Accounts - Week 1 Warm-Up.
  • (2) Select Warm-Up Rule: Choose a pre-configured warm-up rule.
  • (3) Select Accounts: Check the accounts to be included in the task.
  • (4) Online Only: Keep enabled to filter only currently online accounts.
  • (5) Create Now / Start Now: Click “Start Now” to begin immediately, or “Create Now” to save and start later.

3. Click the corresponding icon in the Actions column to start, pause, or terminate a task. Click the “Eye” icon to view task progress and each account’s execution progress. You can also copy, edit, or delete the task.

Manage Warm-Up Tasks (Continued)

4. Group accounts by marketing region, account maturity, or similar criteria, then create separate tasks. Multi-task use cases:

  • (1) Different customer regions need different AI languages.
  • (2) New accounts need lower limits while older accounts can use a mature plan.
  • (3) Different teams or groups manage different account batches.
5. Important: Do not assign the same account to multiple warm-up tasks simultaneously. Overlapping tasks may create abnormal activity patterns and increase risk.

Daily Monitoring & Maintenance Guidelines
Daily Checklist · Common Exceptions · Risk Notes
Daily Check

1. Daily Monitoring Checklist

  • Check whether accounts are online before the warm-up window starts.
  • Review disconnected accounts and reconnect them quickly.
  • Confirm whether tasks are running, paused, or completed.
  • If no data is displayed in the Dashboard, check whether the account is online, selected in a task, and linked to a valid rule.
3. Important Risk Note: WAWarmer’s intelligent warm-up system helps improve account activity and reduce ban risk by simulating natural social interaction, but cannot guarantee a 100% ban-free experience. Bans may also be affected by account age, network environment, user reports, message content, sending frequency, and reply rate.
Common Exceptions

2. Common Exceptions and Solutions

  • Account Offline: Scan the QR code again and reconnect. If caused by suspension, remove the original account port, create a new port, and log in again.
  • One-Click Warmup No Matching: Add more accounts or reduce the accounts assigned to running tasks; adjust groups or loosen matching conditions.
  • Low Execution Volume: If the account is stable, extend the running period or lower the interval range.
  • Task Not Moving: Check whether the client is open and account status is normal.
