Stage 1

Define Warming Strategy

Goal: Preset interaction frequencies and cycles. Configure once, reuse forever.

  • Connect via QR Code: Click the [ + ] icon on the left sidebar to log in, then navigate to "Warming Rules".
  • Use Preset Templates: The system includes 4 official recommended templates (7/14/21/28 days). Apply them directly to skip the manual setup.
  • Customize New Rules: For tailored strategies, click [ + New Rule ]. Set the warming mode and running hours, then fill in the interaction rounds for each phase.

  • Basic Settings: Enter a rule name, select a warming mode, and set the daily running hours and message intervals.
  • Tiered Cycle Setup: Define the total cycle (e.g., 28 days) and input the daily interaction rounds for "Friends" and "Strangers" in the table.
  • Verify the details and click [ ✓ Save Configuration ] to finish.

Tiered Progressive Execution

Configure a multi-day progressive strategy once, and the system will execute it daily without manual intervention.

⚙️ Warming Modes Explained
  • Local Auto-Warming: Accounts logged in on the same device chat with each other.
  • Network Inter-Warming: Accounts logged in across different devices within your team chat with each other.
  • Pool Inter-Warming: Chat with real external accounts provided by the system's global network.
👥 Interaction Targets
  • Strangers: Accounts with no chat history in the system (including old accounts logging in for the first time).
  • Friends: Accounts that already have a chat history within the system.
💡 Ice-Breaking Logic & Security Mechanisms
Newly logged-in accounts are treated as "Strangers" by default. The system initiates interaction cycles using the following logic:

1. Auto-Save Contacts (Security): Before initiating a chat, the system mutually saves both numbers to the phone's address book, meeting the official "acquaintance" criteria.

2. Convert to Friends (Loop Creation): After the first "Stranger" ice-breaking chat, both parties become system "Friends," entering the daily high-frequency interaction cycle.

Stage 2

Assign Accounts & Start Tasks

Goal: Bind strategies to target accounts, launch automated background execution with one click, and track status in real-time.

  • Navigate to "Warming Tasks" on the left menu and click [ + New Task ] in the top right corner.
  • Basic Settings: Enter a task name and bind a previously created warming rule from the dropdown.
  • Select Accounts: In the execution area, filter by Account Group via the dropdown to batch-select target accounts with one click.
  • Verify the details and click [ + Create Now ] to dispatch the task.

  • One-Click Start: Find the new task in the list and click [ ▶ Start ] in the action column. Once the status changes to "● In Progress," the system takes over for full automation.
  • Real-Time Monitoring: Click [ 👁 View ] (the eye icon) on the right to enter the task's dedicated dashboard, where you can track execution progress and interaction logs anytime.

Global Data & Asset Control

Goal: Say goodbye to blind management. Monitor task progress in real-time and intuitively grasp the health and lifecycle of all account assets.

  • Global Dashboard Monitoring: Navigate to "Account Dashboard" to see real-time daily message counts at the top. If an "Abnormal/Offline" alert appears, simply rescan to reconnect. The system also automatically tallies your "Successfully Warmed Accounts."
  • Individual Health Insights: Click [ Details ] on the right of the list to open a dedicated panel. View recent interaction data charts, detailed chat logs, and modify account status at any time.

  • Granular List Management: In the account list below, use dropdowns to quickly filter by "Group" or "Status." Intuitively view core metrics like warming days and continuous online duration for each account.
  • Batch Transfer & Deployment: Once accounts are fully warmed, batch-select them and click [ Modify Group ] or [ Create & Move to Group ] at the top to seamlessly transfer them to your business lines for immediate use.
